Post Balls transforms package delivery from repetitive work into a progression system with visual rewards. You inflate a ball for each package, assign it a color from cyan, magenta, or pink categories, mark priority with a toggle, and track completion with a circular progress ring that fills as you hit daily goals.
The app uses gamification mechanics borrowed from RPG systems: daily targets of 50 deliveries fill your progress bar, completed routes unlock trophies with names like Postman Pat and Marathon Runner, and The Vault archives your delivery history with bar charts separating Letters, Food, and Parcels by color.
Four package types—Standard, Express, Fragile, International—combine with priority alerts to give urgent deliveries visual emphasis. Every delivery you mark pushes you toward the next achievement threshold, turning a 127-package shift into a series of small wins.
Set specific daily goals and watch your progress fill up visually as you complete deliveries. The circular progress ring on your dashboard updates in real-time, showing percentage and fraction complete. Hit your target of 50 deliveries and the ring glows complete in cyan. Miss it, and tomorrow's counter resets for another attempt at building consistency.
Categorize your packages with unique color codes: cyan for Letters, purple for Food, pink for Parcels. Each package type—Standard, Express, Fragile, International—gets its own pill button in the inflate form. Priority toggle marks urgent packages with a magenta pin icon, sorting them to the top of your route list so deadlines never slip past.
Unlock achievements and fill your Trophy Room as you complete more routes. First Inflate trophy for adding your initial package. Postman Pat after 10 deliveries. Night Owl for completing a delivery after 8 PM. Marathon Runner at 20 packages. Ball Pit King when you reach 50 total. Each trophy shows locked in gray until you meet the requirement, then lights up in full color.
Securely archive your past jobs and review your delivery history anytime. The Vault screen displays total deliveries as a large number alongside a bar chart breaking down Letters, Food, and Parcels by volume. Zero-state charts show empty bars with motivational text: Keep filling the vault. Once you start completing routes, the bars grow upward in their assigned colors.
Never miss a deadline with clear priority indicators for urgent packages. The High Priority toggle in the inflate form adds a magenta pin badge to packages, visually separating them from standard deliveries in your route list. Urgent packages rise to the top automatically, ensuring you handle time-sensitive parcels before lower-priority items.
Quickly add new routes, inflate new balls, and mark them as delivered with a single tap. The dashboard offers two primary buttons: New Route for starting a fresh delivery session, Add Ball for creating individual packages mid-route. Once a package reaches its destination, swipe or tap to mark delivered, instantly updating your daily progress ring and moving the package into The Vault archive.
